Service Pilot is pay-per-job. These are hard rules, no exceptions:
- 1A credit card on file is required to receive any job.
- 2The moment you tap Accept, your card is charged the flat lead fee — instantly and automatically.
- 3The homeowner's name, phone and address are revealed only AFTER your card is charged.
- 4Your first 3 accepted jobs are 100% free — no charge at all.
- 5No monthly fees and no subscriptions. You pay only when you accept.
- 6Got a genuinely bad lead? File a dispute for team review — refunds are reviewed, never automatic.
For homeowners
Booking a job on Service Pilot is 100% free. You pay Service Pilot nothing — you deal directly with the pro who accepts your job for the work itself. We verify your phone number to keep fake requests off the platform.
Billing & charges (contractors)
Contractors keep a card on file. The flat per-trade lead fee is charged automatically the instant a contractor accepts a job — never before contact is released. The first 3 accepted jobs are free. No monthly fees or subscriptions.
Bad-lead disputes
If a lead is genuinely bad, a contractor may file a dispute with details within the dispute window. Every dispute is reviewed by our team — refunds are never automatic and are issued only when approved.
