The service
ServicePilot is a marketplace that connects homeowners in Metro Atlanta (Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton and Hall counties) with independent local contractors. ServicePilot does not perform repairs and is not a party to the agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.
Homeowners
Booking is free. Your request is offered to one card-verified contractor at a time; only the contractor who accepts receives your contact details. You pay the contractor directly for the work. You agree to provide accurate information and to rate the contractor honestly after the job.
Contractors
Contractors confirm they hold the licenses and insurance required for their trade in Georgia. There is no membership fee; a lead fee is charged only when a contractor accepts a job, after the first three accepted jobs, which are free. Repeated declines or low ratings may lead to suspension.
Text messages (SMS)
Texting is optional. If you tick the unchecked SMS checkbox on our booking form or contractor signup form you consent to receive account and job-related text messages from ServicePilot (job offers, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, payment notices and a one-time review request). Regardless of that choice we send a single one-time verification code by text to confirm a booking request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help or email Aziz@servicepilot.solutions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Payments, refunds & disputes
Contractor lead fees are processed by Stripe. A contractor may dispute a lead (for example, an unreachable homeowner) within the window shown in their dashboard; approved disputes are refunded.
Liability
ServicePilot provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the quality, timing or outcome of work performed by contractors. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
