ServicePilot is a home-services marketplace based in Metro Atlanta. A homeowner describes what's broken; we classify the request and offer it to one local pro at a time — never five. The first pro to accept gets the job and the homeowner's contact details.

Booking is 100% free for homeowners. Pros pay no membership and no deposit; they pay a flat, published fee only when they accept a job, and their first three jobs are free. See pricing.

What we actually check. We verify every homeowner's phone with a one-time text code to keep fake requests off the platform. Every pro keeps a valid card on file, declares their trades and service counties, and is rated by the homeowner after each job; pros with low ratings or repeated declines are paused. We do not run background or license checks — for licensed trades, ask to see the pro's license before work starts.

Matched in minutes; emergencies offered to a pro within 90 seconds. We cover 10 trades across Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Hall & Cobb counties, in English and Spanish.
